These are the terms and conditions of Humility Ruqyah's agreement with you.

“We” are Humility Ruqyah. Related expressions like “us” or “our” should be read accordingly. Our address is 23 Oxleas, London, E6 6WA, United Kingdom.

 

“You” are the person who is seeking treatment from Humility Ruqyah via Ruqyah Al Shariah Treatment.

  1. Introduction: Thank you for choosing Humility Ruqyah treatment services. By engaging with our treatment centre, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

  2. Scope of Services: Our Ruqyah treatment services involve asking Allah for healing through various prescribed methods according to Qur'an and Sunnah. Our  practices aimed at addressing various issues. It is essential to note that these services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.

  3. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their condition and following any prescribed guidelines. Additionally, active participation in the recommended Ruqyah practices is crucial for the effectiveness of the Ruqyah treatment.

  4. Confidentiality: All client information, discussions, and treatments are kept confidential. We adhere to strict privacy standards, and information will only be disclosed with explicit consent or when legally required. We may record sessions for training purposes, however, where recordings may be necessary, explicit consent will be gained. These recordings can be provide to you should you request. Recordings can involve but not limited to mobile phone recording either audio or video.

  5. Payment Terms: Payment details, including fees and accepted methods of payment, will be outlined to you. Services are initiated upon receipt of either full or half payment, and any additional costs incurred will be communicated beforehand.

  6. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Patients may cancel appointments with reasonable notice. Reasonable notice is 48 hours. Refunds will be considered based on the circumstances and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 
    Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to decline a half/full/partial refund regardless of whether adequate notice was provided. 

  7. Code of Conduct: Respectful and professional conduct is expected from both parties. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  8. Limitation of Liability: While we strive for the best possible results, we cannot guarantee the outcome of Ruqyah treatment. It is of paramount important to understand cure comes from Allah alone. No Raqi at Humility Ruqyah have any Devine power for cure, therefore we always ask Allah to help us and cure you. Clients acknowledge that individual responses may vary, and no specific results can be promised.

  9. Intellectual Property: All materials, including but not limited to written content, audio recordings, and treatment plans, are the intellectual property of our business and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.

  10. Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates the terms and conditions or engages in behavior detrimental to the well-being of our practitioners.

  11. Chargeable Zone: If a home visit falls within a chargeable zone, including but not limited to congestion charge zones, Dartford Charge zones, or any other applicable charging areas, the responsibility for paying these charges will lie with the patient. These charges will be added to the total bill for the visit, and payment is due alongside other service fees.

    By agreeing to the home visit, the patient accepts responsibility for all associated charges within these zones.

  12. Car Parking: For any home visit, the customer must ensure that adequate car parking is available. If payment is required for parking, this cost will be the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the total service charges. By booking a home visit, the customer agrees to cover any parking-related fees incurred during the visit.

Terms and Conditions for Ruqyah Live Stream Sessions

By participating in our Ruqyah sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the broadcasting of Ruqyah sessions:

  1. Purpose of Live Streams: We occasionally host live stream sessions of Ruqyah (spiritual healing) for educational, spiritual, and informational purposes. These sessions are conducted with the intention of benefiting the wider public and sharing the practice of Ruqyah.
  2. Consent and Privacy: In some instances, individuals who are part of the live stream may not have explicit, prior consent for their participation to be broadcasted. This may occur when the session is focused on the general benefit of the public and does not compromise the privacy or well-being of participants. However, we will make every reasonable effort to respect the privacy of all involved parties and ensure that any identifiable personal information is not disclosed without prior consent.
  3. Public Benefit: These live streams may include individuals who are receiving Ruqyah or participating in related discussions. We understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality, but we may, in some cases, prioritise the greater benefit to the public and the dissemination of knowledge over individual consent. This is in alignment with the goal of sharing beneficial practices and experiences that may help a broader audience.
  4. Opt-Out: If at any point a participant does not wish to be featured in a live stream, they are encouraged to notify us immediately. We will make every effort to respect their wishes, but please be aware that it may not always be feasible to gain individual consent prior to the session.
  5. Disclaimer: While we strive to ensure that the live stream sessions are conducted ethically, we cannot guarantee that every individual will have given explicit consent. By participating in or watching these sessions, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.
